the front desk staff, christina, was very friendly during check-in. my room faced the canal. the hotel offered convenient access to many restaurants nearby.
the room wall was thin , so i could hear sounds from the adjacent room.

The location was fantastic. Several different restaurants are right next to the hotel. A large shopping center is adjacent to the hotel too. The city center is also within walking distance. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
Bins did not have plastic bags in them. The sink was leaking in my room. There were no additional toiletries such as a soap bar or toothpaste. I only had basic shower items like shampoo, conditioner, and handwash.

The location near the canal offered easy access to brindley place. It was good. The staff i interacted with were always smiling. The room included a convenient fridge, a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the excellent cocktails prepared at the bar. A real pleasure.
The room temperature was warmer than expected, and i found it a bit difficult to adjust it to my comfort.

The team was very cute and helpful . Staff members were efficient at check-in and check-out. All requests were addressed promptly. I felt really cared for and the service was excellent.

The hotel is amazing location near shops and restaurants. It allows easy access to brindley place and the canal network. This location provided a quiet retreat away from the city's main bustle.
