The hotel was ideally located, close to New Street Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The rooms were spacious with a massive, comfortable bed, but there was an issue with the thermostat. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Ryan the bar supervisor. The dining experience was wonderful with lots of healthy options, and the breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay at a good value for money.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spotless and had a good range of toiletries, but it was quite noisy, both from outside near the water and from the neighboring couple. Better soundproofing is needed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who even surprised me with a birthday cake. The location was amazing, with easy access to key spots in the city. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, with limited selections and lacking freshness in some dishes.
